Problem Note 48184: When you close a case in SAS® Enterprise Case Management, the case might incorrectly re-open
After you close a case in SAS Enterprise Case Management, the case might incorrectly re-open, and the case is again displayed in your list of open cases.
There are no error, warning, or note messages indicating that a problem occurred.
To obtain a fix for this issue, contact SAS Technical Support.
